We - Matthias and Katharina with our little son Lukas as well as grandma Helga and grandpa Helmut - are looking forward to meeting you and giving you a relaxing holiday with us. Matthias took over the farm from his father Helmut at the beginning of 2025. Together we look after the animals, fields, woods, meadows and the garden. We practise traditional dairy and livestock farming on our farm: Helga and Helmut milk the cows every day and the milk is processed into high-quality products at the dairy farm. Matthias works full-time as an agricultural machinery dealer and helps out on the farm at weekends. Katharina puts her heart and soul into looking after our son Lukas, the holiday flat and the garden - so that our guests feel completely at ease.

Good to know

Price information Our prices are per night for two persons. We charge an additional €20 for each additional person. The local tax of € 2.20 per night and person (from 14 years) is to be paid separately. Our holiday flat offers space for 4 adults and 2-3 children (sofa bed, travel cot).

Arrival and departure On the day of arrival the holiday flat is available from 3 pm, on the day of departure we ask you to leave by 10 am.

Guest card On your arrival you will receive the SarntalCard free of charge - your personal guest card for numerous benefits and discounts in the Sarntal Valley.

Daily bread roll service Every day, except on Sundays and public holidays, we offer you a free bread roll service. You will find the list of bread rolls from our village bakery Zancanella in your holiday flat on arrival.

Linen Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge. For stays of more than 7 days we offer a free change of linen. We charge a small fee for the use of the washing machine.

Pets Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
